Experience and Screening
When caregivers go into our clients’ homes, it is of the utmost importance that they have a strong home care background that allows them to provide quality care right from the beginning. It is also essential that they have been carefully screened, both through the proper legal channels and in person, so that our clients feel safe, secure, and comfortable with our staff in their homes.

Training
Extensive training is a key component of the process every new caregiver goes through when joining At Home Solutions. Our custom, intensive training program includes classes, videos, reading materials and hands-on demonstrations. Our in-house training team takes new caregivers step-by-step through the skills they will need to provide quality care in a client’s home. And we don’t stop there. Our ongoing educational program teaches skills for effectively dealing with client challenges such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s and the proper use of various types of mobility lifts.
