Home Care Aide

Job Description:


Provide hands-on, assistive care to seniors and persons with disabilities.  Includes assistance with personal care, housekeeping, errands, shopping and appointments.  We do not transport our clients.  Assignments are flexible, with varied work schedules typically between the hours of 7am-6pm.   We will work with you to design a work schedule around children and school.  Shifts available on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • 1 year verifiable experience providing care to seniors or persons with disabilities.  Care of family recognized.
  • Ability to pass criminal history background check.
  • Transportation with insurance.

FT or PT:

Full and Part time    

Pay Range:    

$8.50-10.00 DOE (verifiable experience)

Office Coordinator

Job Description:


Responsible for fulfilling administrative and related functions required to operate an office on a day-to-day basis.  Includes some payroll activities, records management, customer service with the public and providing back-up care to our senior clients.

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.  Preference given to persons with a human resources background.
  • 1 year experience providing direct care to seniors or person with disabilities.  Care of family recognized.
  • Very good computer skills and the ability to work independently in the following programs creating, editing and managing documents:  Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Very good phone/customer service skills
  • Ability to pass criminal history background check.
  • Transportation with insurance.

Responsible for supervising the activities of direct care staff and monitoring services delivered in the homes of our clients.   Will work approximately 60% office time and 40% field time driving to clients home to monitor services. 

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • 2 years experience providing direct care to seniors or person with disabilities
  • Ability to pass criminal history background check.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work quality and be detail oriented.
  • Transportation with insurance.
  • Willingness to provide direct care to clients in an urgent situation
