There are very few jobs that offer the flexibility and personal satisfaction of working for At Home Solutions.  Schedules vary based on position.   Some positions are full time and some are part time.

Very good pay - higher than most companies within this field.  Why?  Because if you are willing to commit to us, then we are willing to reward you for it.

Weekly paychecks.  That's right - payday is every Friday.  Employees also have the option of direct deposit.

Pay raises every six months.  Is that a typo?  No!  Our home care aides receive performance evaluations every six months and if your performance is satisfactory you are eligible for a pay increase.

Very good work environment.  A lot of companies say they have this, but we really mean it!  The training and safety of our employees is a TOP priority in the company.

Benefits for all employees working more than 20 hours a week.  Is this a typo?  No!  We offer a 401k and Flexible Spending Accounts for both medical expenses and daycare expenses for all employees who work 20 or more hours per week.  And . . . the company starts contributing to the 401k after you have been employed 1 year!  Wow!  Employees required to be employed for six months to be eligible and work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Benefits for full time employees.  We offer an employer paid medical package, paid personal leave and paid holidays after completing 3 months of full time employment.  Full time employees are defined as those working 35+ hours per week for a 60 day period.
